Ordering, Shipping, and Payment Information

Ordering from Polka Dots is easy! Follow these 3 simple steps and your order will be completed and shipped within approximately 2 weeks from order date.

1. Visit the Embroidery Designs, new Trendy Prints Designs, & Fonts pages to view all available designs for your item(s).

2. Browse through the catalog choices and place the item(s) you want to order in your shopping cart. Be sure to choose the correct size, design, & font you would like. Type in the name or monogram initials to be embroidered here as well. Enter any initials in the order that you want them to appear for a monogram. Traditionally, the last initial goes in the middle, with the first initial on the left and the middle initial on the right.

3. Click on the pink shopping cart and you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your order safe & secure.

Order Completion Time is approximately 2 weeks from date of order, sometimes sooner. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

Shipping by USPS Priority Mail which is usually 2-3 days ship time. A flat fee of $7.50 will be charged to all orders being shipped from Polka Dots. Upon checkout, be sure to choose the "Ship to me" option under your order total.

Local Pick up is available if you live in the Morris County area of NJ. Upon checkout, choose the "Local Pick up" option under your order total. With local pick up, you also have the option of paying by a personal check. However, Polka Dots reserves the right to wait until the check clears before transferring any merchandise.

Payment Options:

1. PayPal for all orders being shipped from Polka Dots. PayPal uses state of the art technology to protect your data when you make a purchase on our website. It is a well known and trusted source for online payments. Payments are made immediately and PayPal's industry-leading fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure. If you are new to PayPal, you will be promted to register (free) with them upon checkout. Once you register, you will be able to process payments with Polka Dots and many other online retailers going forward.

2. If you live locally and choose the "Local Pick Up", you have the option to pay by personal check. Please note that Polka Dots has the right to hold onto your completed order until the check clears.
