All my items are also sold locally. In the event an item, product/color/size is out of stock or on backorder I will email you with options. You will be able to choose another brand or another color or cancel your order less any paypal fees. As each item with embroidery is made to your specifications, please add two weeks before shipment (most items ship faster than this.) If you need a rush item please email me FIRST.
