Hair Bow Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of this product and the fact it is classed as a wig, we cannot accept refunds.

We do happily offer exchanges if you find the colour isn't right. You must let us know the colour isn't right as soon as you get it to qualify for an exchange.

Please do not remove the bow from it's cardboard holder, if the bow is returned soiled or damaged we cannot accept an exchange.
